Social Security Disability Initial Claims
Initial Application Level
An application for benefits is filed by completing many forms and submitting proof of age and citizenship to the Social Security Administration. The claim is sent to a State Agency which makes a determination of whether the claimant's conditions are severe enough to meet the definition of disability. The national average shows that about 2/3 of all claims are denied at the initial level.
Our Social Security Disability lawyers and Social Security Claim representatives take the worry out of the application process for our clients. We help prepare all necessary Social Security Claim forms and submit a package to the Social Security Administration in support of our client's claim. We file all claims and appeals electronically which saves time and effort for our clients. Our win rate at this level is much higher than the national average because of our expertise in medically and vocationally documenting our client's claims.
